Requirements

• Required: organisational skillset, networking skillset, research skillset

• Fluent in English & another language (German, Danish, Swedish, Dutch)

• Basic level of knowledge about weddings required

• Availability: The longer the better

Responsibilities

• Assisting the lead wedding planner on the day of a wedding

• Marketing task such as managing social media channels

• Responding to email, phone calls

• Client contact, if qualified

• Vendor communication

• Assisting lead planner during meetings and outside of meetings
